Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is a global automaker that designs, engineers, manufactures and sells vehicles under the following brands:
- Dodge and SRT performance vehicles
- Alfa Romeo
The company came to be with the merger of the American Chrysler Group with Italy’s Fiat Group. The former brought the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram brands, while the latter delivered Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Ferrari.
As of the end of calendar year 2015, FCA was the seventh-largest automaker in the world based on total annual vehicle sales. It is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FCAU and on the Mercato Telematico Azionario under the symbol FCA.
