While most of the 2018 Moab Easter Jeep Safari concepts are rather extreme, the J-Wagon concept takes a more laid-back approach. It still boasts a handful of Jeep Performance parts, but it also aspires to be more premium. Perhaps Jeep wants to envoke Mercedes-Benz’s iconic G-Wagon with the “J-Wagon” name. We digress.
Jeep said the J-Wagon concept is about balancing off-road performance and urban needs. Therefore, it’s an enclosed Wrangler Sahara model with subtle Brass Monkey touches throughout the exterior. The JPP hood features a cutout kit with the available snorkel for when urban turns rural. When it is time to hit the trail, 5-inch LED lights mount with JPP brackets to provide illumination.
Brass Monkey elements are found on the fog light bezels, 17-inch wheels and on the HVAC vents, door handles and steering wheel. The interior itself features camel-color Katzkin leather seats with brown piping to add contrast. Meanwhile, Orange Crush elements provide contrast on the gray exterior paint hue.
