On this episode of TFLnow’s ‘Dude I Love My Ride’ series, we get an in-depth look at how this owner decided to personalize his 2017 Ram Power Wagon.
This isn’t the owner’s first Ram Power Wagon. He previously owned a 2013 model, and continues to purchase the trucks because he feels that they are supremely capable, and he appreciates the usefulness (i.e. towing capability) and size of the pickup over something like a Jeep Wrangler.
Off the bat this owner did something that video host Andre thinks every Power Wagon owner should do: a muffler delete. You’ll get to hear a sampling of the exhaust note at about 11:38, though we already knew that the roar of a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 is one of the best in the business. It sounds a bit raspier than this Dodge Challenger 392 equipped with a Borla exhaust, but it’s just as enjoyable in our opinion.
The owner puts his truck to use, too, and recently returned from a trip to Moab, where he took the truck off-roading. At stock ride height the truck did everything he asked of it.
