A recently published video on YouTube shows footage of a face-lifted 2019 Jeep Cherokee prototype covered in camouflage, rolling through the streets of Los Angeles. Some are speculating that the newly designed Jeep Cherokee will show face at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show in December.
Like you, we don’t yet know what new looks the masked Cherokee is hiding, but we’re pretty sure the brand wants to return to more conventional styling cues, as the current model received tough criticisms for its narrow, seven-slot grille and alien-like LED headlights.
The rear also seems to have been revamped, and the shape of the taillights look similar to those found on the current Grand Cherokee.
All in all, we’re excited to see quite a few new products from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including the 2019 Jeep Cherokee, 2018 Jeep Wrangler, 2019 Ram 1500, and possibly a Chrysler 300 Hellcat of sorts.
