Monterey Car Week and Pebble Beach have officially kicked off and Ferrari has brought a spectacular spectacle to the high-brow event. To celebrate 70 years of the Italian sports car maker, it has brought 70 Ferraris to the event.
That’s one Ferrari per every year the marque has produced iconic cars, and The LA Times reports the entire collection is worth $500 million. The cars present come from Ferrari’s heritage collection, museums and private owners and represent the diverse range of technology and engineering the brand has employed over 70 years.
In fact, each car present has been certified by the company’s Classiche division and it’s suggested this is the largest gathering of such historical Ferrari models.
The Ferrari display will be present on the first fairway and will be open to the public during Sunday’s Pebble Beach Concours D’Elegance.
