We live in a heck of a world where one must ponder a 707-horsepower SUV or an 840-horsepower muscle car for the money. God bless America. Of course, we’re talking about the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and the 2018 Dodge Challenger Demon.
Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles revealed its hopped up SUV would cost $85,900 before destination, which pegs it $1,000 more expensive than the $84,995 Dodge Challenger Demon. So, we’re here to ask what you’d rather have for roughly $85,000.
The Grand Cherokee Trackhawk certainly is something. In fact, it may be safe to say it’s a sleeper of sorts. Only minor exterior modifications give away the SUV’s 6.2-liter supercharged Hellcat V8 secret. It’ll haul passengers from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds and keep every comfortable in the process.
On the other hand, the Dodge Challenger Demon is loud and proud. Everyone knows what it is, and the word “subdued” doesn’t reside in its category. Meaty tires, a wide-body kit and its demonic logo tell everyone the Demon is about to exercise a strip of pavement.
So, with a brief rundown, what say you? Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk or Dodge Challenger Demon? Vote in our poll below.
