The 2017 J.D. Power APEAL Study was kind to Fiat-Chrysler. With the results in, the Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Challenger led their respected segments.
The APEAL study looks at three areas: automotive performance, execution and layout through customer evaluations of 77 attributes. The Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Challenger earned top marks from owners. In addition, the Pacifica was also the highest-ranking minivan in the 2017 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study. The Dodge Challenger’s accolade makes it the fifth time in seven years it has earned the honor.
Additionally, the Dodge Durango and Dodge Charger also placed well; the Durango placed second in the mid-size SUV category and the Charger placed third in the large car segment. As one final note of positivity, Chrysler was also ranked the most-improved brand after it climbed 41 points over last year.
