Until today, only four-door variants of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler had been photographed, but these spy shots captured by MotorTrend confirm that the JL Wrangler will carry on in OG two-door configuration. The photos also show that the Wrangler will still be offered with either a hard- or soft-top. Joy!
The same revised headlights and LED daytime running lights are noted, as is just about everything else that the four-door spy shots revealed. We’re still not exactly sure when the 2018 Jeep Wrangler will be unveiled, but we have a feeling it’ll be sooner than later.
Anticipated features of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler include a new chassis, aluminum body parts, a pickup model, and a slew of powertrain options, including a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-banger and 3.0-liter EcoDiesel six-cylinder, while retaining the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. We may have even been given a sneak-peek at the all-new JL Wrangler with the recent Jeep Wrangler Safari Moab concept.
Head on over to MotorTrend to peruse through the gallery of recently captured spy shots of the two-door 2018 Jeep Wrangler.
