A retired Detroit science teacher has won a 2017 Dodge Durango GT through Fiat Chrysler’s 2016 National Vehicle Giveaway Sweepstakes.
Sandra Moussiaux entered FCA’s annual vehicle sweepstakes by signing up at an FCA-branded booth at the ‘Sound of Music’ Broadway play at Detroit’s Fisher theatre last year. FCA allows consumers to enter the contest by engaging with a product specialist at a branded booth or tent space at a large variety of events across the country.
After finding out she had won the contest, Moussiaux took a Durango for a test drive and cemented her decision on the three-row SUV. She used the $45,000 vehicle grant to pick up a White Knuckle Durango GT with leather interior and 20-inch hyper black wheels.
“I was in complete disbelief when I was told I had been selected as the grand prize winner of the 2016 FCA US LLC Sweepstakes,” said Moussiaux, who is a Detroit native that currently lives in Clinton Township, Michigan. “A simple birthday trip to a Broadway play turned into a wonderful surprise one year later! After test driving the 2017 Durango GT, I fell in love with the way it drove. My family and I take vacations together so we cannot wait to travel in this new beautiful and comfortable vehicle.”
