Fiat Chrysler has introduced a new two-tone paint job for the luxuriously appointed Ram Laramie Longhorn at the 2017 Dallas Auto Show.
The new paint scheme will replace the two-tone white and gold paint seen on the 2016 model year Laramie Longhorn. The new brown color that adorns the wheel flares, front and rear bumpers and running boards has been dubbed ‘RV Match Walnut Brown’ by Ram and is joined by a contrasting upper part.
“The Ram Laramie Longhorn has deservedly become the world’s benchmark for upscale, capable pickup trucks,” said Ram brand boss Mike Manley. “The Laramie Longhorn has earned the title Luxury Truck of Texas from the Texas Auto Writers Association and there’s no better place to show off these updates than at the Dallas Auto Show.”
Laramie Longhorn trim, available on the Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500, is set apart by its chrome bumper, chrome ‘Long Horn’ badges, painted tow hooks and chrome wheels (which measure 20-inches on Ram 1500 models and 18-inches on 2500 and 3500 models). The interior is well equipped with premiuim Cattle Tan leather, heated and cooled front seats and FCA’s UConnect infotainment system.
The 2017 Ram Laramie Longhorn with the new RV Match Walnut Brown two-tone paint scheme will go on sale in the second quarter of this year.
