It’s not often you get to see a concept car being built, but Jeep’s not like other automakers. The company debuted four all-new concept vehicles ahead of this year’ 2017 Moab Easter Jeep Safari and has posted time lapse videos to YouTube showing just how those concepts went together.
The most interesting of these videos, in our opinion, is for the Jeep Quicksand Concept. The Quicksand is by far the most radical of this year’s Easter Jeep Safari concepts, featuring a hot-rod inspired two-door body with a chopped roof, a 392 HEMI V8 crate engine with gasser-inspired headers and exhaust and a retro-inspired interior, so it’s easy to see why watching it get thrown together is so fascinating.
Check out the timelapse in the video above. We’ll see even more of the Quicksand when Moab kicks off in April, with the Jeep team planning to take it and its other Moab concepts to the red rocks safari to put them through their paces and show them off to some of the world’s most loyal Jeep fans.
