The Dodge Challenger SRT and SRT Hellcat both have two of the loudest exhaust notes we’ve heard on a production car, but for those SRT owners looking for even more sound and definition from their 6.4-liter HEMI or 6.2-liter supercharged Hellcat engines, Corsa has this week unveiled an all-new dual-tip exhaust kit.
Corsa’s new ‘Pro Series’ dual-tip exhaust is compatible with 2015 model year or newer Challenger SRTs with either the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 or 6.2-liter Hellcat engines. The exhaust kit consists of a 2.75-inch diameter cat-back exhaust pipe and two sets of twin 3.5-inch exhaust tips, which flow 8.85% percent better than stock with the 6.4L engine and 7.45% better with the 6.2L Hellcat engine. The dual tip exhaust also looks a bit better than the trapezoidal exhaust SRT offers from the factory, in our opinion.
You can listen to the dual-tip exhaust kit in the video embedded above. It should be noted, however, that the exhaust kit shown in the video uses Corsa’s GTX2 rectangular polished tips and not the new Pro Series dual-tip exhaust pictured.
