Apart from the 2018 Dodge Durango SRT, the 2017 Dodge Challenger Mopar edition was the biggest vehicle debut for Fiat Chrysler at last week’s Chicago Auto Show. The limited-run muscle car, of which just 160 will be built, offers a ton of exclusive content to attract Mopar fans to the aging Challenger nameplate.
Appearance wise, the Challenger Mopar is set apart from standard Challengers by its two- tone paint, Mopar rear spoiler badge, hand-painted ‘392’ fender badge, Shaker hood scoop and Hellcat exhaust tips. It also offers some exclusive interior content such as black seats with blue contrasting stitching and Mopar performance upgrades like an Air Catcher headlamps, Mopar cold-air intake and front upper strut tower brace.
Allow Mopar head of accessories and performance Todd Beddick to give you a quick rundown on what the 2017 Dodge Challenger Mopar edition is all about in the video embedded above. If you’re interested in getting your hands on one of the exclusive Mopars, you’d better act quick, because they are on sale now and all 160 cars should be delivered by the end of the summer.
