Fiat Chrysler passed on making a vehicle debut at this year’s 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit – instead electing to debut its new Chrysler Portal autonomous concept at CES 2017.
Despite FCA’s apparent lack of interest in this year’s Detroit auto show, CEO Sergio Marchionne still plans to address media in attendance at the show today. You need not worry if you can’t attend – the automaker will host live a live web stream of the announcement at 10:15 a.m. Eastern at this link.
If you can’t sit in on that webcast, Marchionne will again address media at the 1:00 p.m. Eastern in a second session at this link. It’s not clear what announcement the CEO might have in store, but luckily we won’t have to wait long to find out.
