The Alfa Romeo Stelvio will debut in less than a month’s time at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, so it’s hardly surprising that it’s beginning to look very production-ready in its latest round of spy shots.
The photos come via Dutch automotive blog AutoWeek.nl and show three Stelvio prototypes testing alongside a white Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan. The Giulia will share its rear-wheel drive based Giorgio architecture with the Stelvio, which will offer AWD as standard.
With less camouflage, the Stelvio appears just as svelte and sporty as we expected it to. The rear window is steeply raked, just like the Maserati Levante, and a sharp body line can be seen running through the beltline, connecting the front wheel well to the rear headlamp and accentuating its rakish stance.
