Both the Challenger and Charger already featured heritage paint hues such as Plum Crazy, Sublime and Go Mango, but Dodge has added even more for 2017 in the way of Green Go and Yellow Jacket.
“Our heritage-inspired paint names highlight how the Dodge brand attitude permeates through everything we do, even a simple detail like a color name,” said FCA passenger car brand boss Tim Kuniskis. “For Dodge, the heritage-inspired names are more than just catchy ways to callout our paint – these names resonate with our customers, speaking to their personality, their car passion and their love of their Dodge.”
Other 2017 model year Dodge offerings also have changed color palettes for the new model year including the Journey, Durango and Grand Caranvan. Available colors on these models include Redline 2K, Blu By You, Stout Brown, White Knuckle, Redline 3K, Maximum Steel Metallic, Bomber Brown, Vice White, Octane Red, Yellow Jacket, Granite, White Noise, TorRed, Olive Green, Billet, Blood Orange, Green Go, Black Onyx, Go Mango, Destroyer Gray, DB Black, Confusion Blue, Bruiser Gray and Pitch Black.
