The Australian spec 2017 Abarth 124 Spider has been revealed ahead of its arrival in showrooms this October.
Just as in Europe, North America and elsewhere, the Australian Abarth 124 Spider will be powered by Fiat’s 160 horsepower and 184 lb-ft 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. A six-speed manual transmission is standard, while an Aisin six-speed automatic is available as an option.
Unlike the North American model, the Australian Abarth 124 will come standard with Brembo four-piston performance brakes. Other standard performance equipment includes Bilstein shock absorbers, a quad-tip performance exhaust system and a limited-slip differential.
Further details, including a full options list and pricing details, will be announced closer to the Abarth 124’s Australian launch in October.
