The 2017 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio Verde seems to be one of the best modern day Alfa Romeo products to date. It received positive reviews from the world’s motoring press upon its initial launch and was even lauded by the always-critical Jeremy Clarkson.
Now, the man who took Clarkson’s old job has had a go in the Giulia QV as well. Chris Harris, who joined the Top Gear team this season following Clarkson’s widely talked about departure, recently flew out to Italy to sample the high-performance four-door and see if it has what it takes to bring the fight to the more established BMW M3 and Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG.
You’ll have to watch the review to hear Harris’ verdict on the 505 horsepower sedan, but we can promise that it’s is filled with lots of beautiful camera work and smoky sharp-angled drifts to keep you entertained. So brew an espresso, grab some biscotti and get ready to watch Top Gear thrash the pride and joy of Lazio in the video above.
