Following the popular ‘Dad Brand’ ad campaign, comedian Jim Gaffigan has again teamed up with Fiat Chrysler for a new series of ads promoting the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan.
The new campaign, entitled ‘Street Smarts’, launches this week and is exclusive to the internet. It consists of seven videos in total, each promoting the 2017 Pacifica’s various features and leveraging them against other entries in the competitive minivan segment.
“Our new ‘Street Smarts’ web series is a natural extension of our ‘Dad Brand” marketing campaign, and patently demonstrates how the all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica outsmarts the competition with its unprecedented total of 115 innovations and class-exclusive features,” said FCA passenger car brand boss Tim Kuniskis.
We’ve embedded one of our favorite spots from the new Street Smarts campaign above. The ad, which promotes the Pacifica’s kid-friendly UConnect Theater rear seat entertainment system, depicts a dad humorously taping a smartphone to the headrest of his car in place of UConnect Theater.
