Chris Evans’ take on the BBC’s Top Gear has gotten off to a rough start. The first episode of the new series attracted 4.3 million viewers, however that figure fell to 2.8 million for the debut of the second episode Sunday. Furthermore, fans of the show seem to find Evans’ constant shouting and excited nature a bit grating.
But even though the show’s struggling, Top Gear is still Top Gear, which means they still get access to some of the world’s best performance cars. That includes the Dodge Viper ACR, which was driven by German racing driver and Nurburgring master Sabine Schmitz in Sunday’s episode.
Once they were done filming with their blue Viper ACR, which is the only one in the United Kingdom, Top Gear’s web team filmed a brief overview video of the 8.4-liter V10 supercar. Since you’re reading this site, you probably already know all about the record-breaking Viper ACR, but if you don’t, check out TG’s rundown above.
