In March Fiat Chrysler gave its dealers the go-ahead to close their standalone Fiat storefronts if they please. Dealers reacted positively to the decision, which gave them more freedom in regards to how they run their businesses.
It’s not clear when or why this Fiat dealership in downtown Orlando closed down, but the space it formerly occupied may be put to good use after all. According to Orlando real estate site Bungalower, an inquiry has been made with Orlando’s Zoning office to open a brewery in the building, which is located at 131 N. Orange Avenue.
Fittingly, the operating name of the brewery project is ‘131 N Orange Brewery’. It’s sad to know the brewery’s cool potential location had to come at the expense of a Fiat dealership, but we’re still hoping to give their beer a shot one day. Lets hope they plan on shipping to the Mid West.
