Fiat Chrysler announced yesterday changes to its Group Executive Council that are to go into effect immediately. The Group Executive Council is the highest management group within FCA is chaired by CEO Sergio Marchionne.
Scott Garberding, FCA’s Chief Purchasing Office for the EMEA region, has been promoted to Global Head of Quality for the entire company. Garberding will also assume special responsibility for FCA’s North America Quality arm.
Additionally, Scott Thiele has been appointed to Chief Purchasing Officer for FCA’s Group Council. Thiele formerly served as Vice President of Global Product Finance for the Group after joining FCA in 2007.
