If we had an Alfa Romeo 4C, there would be many track days and road trips on our agenda. However a Dutch owner of the mid-engine Italian sportscar has found a more inventive way to use his 4C – and he just may be able to make some money off of it.
YouTube’s Carspotter Jeroen recently filmed a 4C owner giving a street demonstration of himself drumming on the roof of his car. With the track “Heading up High” by dutch composer Armin van Buren playing out of the 4C’s stereo, the man sets to work and hand drums to the beat as amused and confused onlookers gather round.
This is certainly strange, but it’s also refreshing to see a man enthusiastic about cars and music finding a way to combine the two for the entertainment of others. We’re not sure how full his tip jar is at the end of his performances, but we wouldn’t hesitate to send a couple of Euro his way. He might need it for dent repair.
Check out the odd performance in the video above.
