Mopar has announced its new ‘Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane’ program, which it will present at the upcoming National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) Institute & Expo at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.
The Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane program will transform Fiat Chrysler dealerships “into one-stop shops for fleet vehicle owners,” FCA says. Through the new program, dealers will be able to offer longer hours, consistent national pricing, a dedicated nationwide network, OEM trained technicians and original parts to its fleet customers.
“We’re tapping into our Mopar Express Lane locations, many with extended hours, to offer fast, ease-of-process maintenance to deliver the kind of service that helps increase operational time for fleet vehicles,” explained Mopar fleet service director Jim Sassorossi.
Mopar’s Express Lane service allows FCA dealers to offer quick oil changes and other speed repairs. The automaker says about 1,000 of its dealers across the U.S. offer Express Lane service, which puts Mopar “on an even footing with most national chains when it comes to available locations to service fleet vehicles.”
“Our fleet customers can access not only the FCA portfolio of vehicles, but also a level of service and support that is convenient, affordable and backed by factory-trained technicians and factory approved parts,” added FCA vice president of fleet sales and operations, Jeff Kommor.
The NAFA Institute & Expo kicks off today in Austin before wrapping up this Friday.
