A Gold Coast, Australia couple is selling their penthouse off for $8 million AUD, however owner Craig Trinder has decided to sweeten the deal by offering to throw in his 2004 Ferrari 360 Spyder with the sale, The Gold Coast Bulletin reports.
Trinder, a former professional motorcycle rider, described his sale as a “one-stop shop,” that “works with the Gold Coast lifestyle.” At 52, he says he’s outgrown the Ferrari and his 2016 Aprilia RSV4 motorcycle, which will also be included in the sale.
“I’m now happy to let go and mellow out and let someone else experience it now,” Trinder said. “I’ve had the Ferrari since 2004 and I kind of feel like I’m a little old for it now.
“It was great 12 years ago but now I feel like the old guy in a young guy’s car,” he added.
The penthouse makes up the 33rd and 34th floor of The Inlet condominium building, which is the highest building in Gold Coasts’s Main Beach. If Trinder’s proposed deal has you interested, click here to view the listing for the penthouse/car/motorcycle combo.
