The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica has been named to WardsAuto’s list of the 10 Best Interiors for 2016, which scores new vehicle interiors based on material quality, ergonomics, driver information, safety, comfort, fit-and-finish and aesthetics.
The Pacifica scored points from Wards for its available Deep Mocha leather, Stow n; Go seating, panoramic sunroof and Stow ‘n Vac vacuum. The third-row seats were also a key part of the Pacifica’s appearance on the list, along with their ability to electronically recline at the push of a button.
“The folks who put the minivan on the map in the 1980s have stunned the segment yet again with the lavishly appointed Chrysler Pacifica,” said Wards senior editor Tom Murphy. “A trip to school, hockey practice or the doctor’s office will never be the same.”
Other mentions in Wards’ 10 Best Interiors ranking include the Audi TTS, Cadillac XT5, Volvo XC90, Mercedes-Benz GLC, BMW 7-Series and Lexus RX. The Pacifica was one of four non-premium mentions in the list, with the others being the Honda Civic, Chevrolet Camaro and Nissan Maxima.
