Yesterday Red Bull Japan teased us with a short preview video of their film titled ‘A Day In The Life’. The teaser showed a Ferrari F40 with snow chains on its tires and a roof rack driving up a snow-covered ski hill, which (not surprisingly) was more than enough to catch the attention of the internet’s car enthusiasts.
Today they’ve released the full video starring the snow-prepped F40 and we’re happy to report it lives up to the hype. The film documents the day of a daring Ferrari F40 owner from the moment he wakes up until he goes to bed, but this isn’t your typical workday.
In the film, the F40 driver takes the supercar up snow-covered mountain trails and eventually finds himself under the cover of darkness. This is no problem, because the F40 is fitted with some rather neat French yellow rally lights, which illuminate the trail ahead as if the Ferrari was a WRC rally car. Eventually he finds himself at the top of the mountain, where he sets up camp for the night.
Check it out in the video below. Oh, and don’t worry, Ferrari purists, no F40s were harmed in the making of this film.
