One way to make your Jeep Wrangler more fun is take the doors and roof off, which is a simple enough process that you can do at home free of charge. But it doesn’t have to stop there, why not disassemble other parts of Jeep as well in order to up the fun factor?
In the video above, Jalopnik shows us how to take the doors and roof off, in addition to the windshield, which is a much less common procedure for Jeep owners to do. What they’re left with when it’s all said and done is a modern day Jeep Wrangler that looks rather reminiscent of the Willys Jeep that inspired it – and that’s a wonderful thing.
Removing the roof, doors and windshield is a simple enough process, but it does take a little bit of time to do and you might want to have a couple of friends handy to make things a little easier. Watch how Jalopnik does it in the video above so you’ll know exactly what you’re doing when out on the trail this spring/summer.
