Kelley Buttrick is a Georgia-based voiceover actress who has worked for well-known brands like McDonalds and Whirlpool, but she has yet to land a gig with her favorite brand: Jeep.
As AdWeek reports, Buttrick recently commissioned digital marketing agency Prolifik to help her shoot a series of videos appealing Jeep to hire her to do voiceover work for their commercials. The videos tell the story of how she came to love the Jeep brand and why she’s an appropriate fit for the brand today. They also show off her voiceover skills, of course.
Buttrick does seem like a good fit for the Jeep brand. Her love for Jeeps was instilled in her from an early age, when her stepdad began building his own Jeep out of spare parts. She also owns a Jeep Wrangler while her husband owns a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Soon, her 16-year old daughter will earn how to drive and the Grand Cherokee will be passed on, at which point the family plans on replacing it with another Jeep.
In one of Buttrick’s videos, she specifically mentions the new Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Being a mom, she argues that she’s the perfect fit to help sell the new seven-seat Grand Wagoneer, which is expected to usher in a whole family of Land Rover-fighting Jeep Wagoneer vehicles.
We’ve embedded one of Buttrick’s videos below, so be sure to check it out and pay her website a visit to see more. Knowing the high-profile projects she’s worked on, it probably won’t be the first (or last) time you hear her voice.
