Last month we got word Ferrari was to debut a new car at the 2016 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este at Lake Como in northern Italy on February 15th. The model’s arrival was signaled by a teaser image on an invitation to the debut event, and now Ferrari has released a second teaser, this time of the car’s front end.
The new model is suspected to be an updated version of the all-wheel drive FF. This teaser image indicates the updated FF’s styling will be less sharp and edgy than the current FF’s, which is in-line with current Ferrari design language seeing as the 488 GTB and California T are both more curvaceous and less chiseled than their predecessors.
Other changes in store for the FF may include more power for the 6.3-liter V12 engine (potentially as much as 700), an eight-speed transmission to improve fuel economy and an updated all-wheel drive system. More information will become available following the model’s debut later this month.
