What would be your dream supercar triple-test? Personally, we’d love to see a showdown between some of the best supercars of the 1980s and 90s, and it appears Japan’s Best MOTORing has us covered.
In this edition of the rather zany Japanese motoring program, filmed in 1992, the hosts drive a Ferrari 512, Ferrari F40, Honda NSX and RUF Yellowbird up a mountain pass. That lineup consists of some of the best supercars of the time, including two of the fastest in the way of the F40 and Yellowbird.
We can’t think of something much cooler than a 90s supercar group test filmed in Japan in the 90s, so be sure to check it out in the video above. Now if only Best MOTORing was still televised in Japan, we just might get a modern day version of this showdown featuring a LaFerrari, Porsche 918 and Honda NSX.
