The Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint is perhaps one of the most recognizable Alfa Romeo road cars of all time. The car’s timeless styling, penned by a then 17-year old Giorgetto Giuigiaro, along with its spritely driving characteristics, have landed the car in the hearts of Alfa Romeo fans and driving enthusiasts the world over.
Among those enthusiasts with an affinity for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint is British novelist and playwright Charles Morgan, who recently reviewed the car for YouTube’s Carfection.
In the review, which we’ve embedded above, Morgan drives a Giulia Sprint brought to modern day performance standards by Alfa Romeo shop Alfaholics. The car, referred to by the builders as the Giulia Sprint R290, is the type of creation Alfa engineers may have thought up had they had access to modern day technology.
This review is one of favorites posted to YouTube in recent memory ,so be sure to give it a watch. Now we’re just left hoping Morgan also has a go in the new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Verde once it hits the market.
