It’s easy to lose control of a powerful, rear-wheel drive car. As an owner of a powerful car, you just hope that if you lose control of it, no one is around to experience and laugh at your misfortune.
Last week, a Californian Dodge Viper owner lost control of his car, but wasn’t lucky enough to crash the car in a remote place. Instead, he put his shiny red V10 convertible right into a Taco Bell in the middle of the afternoon, drawing a crowd as emergency crews worked to remove the vehicle from the side of the Mexican food establishment.
Luckily there were no injuries reported in this accident, according to The Orange County Register. Local authorities are investigating why the Viper crashed (we think ‘lack of talent’ was likely a contributor) and are also checking the Taco Bell for structural damage. The Viper unfortunately appears to be a write off, but maybe it will live to terrorize a fast food chain another day.
