Even if you have the money for it, amassing your own Ferrari collection is no easy task. Finding the perfect cars and aggregating them can take up time and energy, so why not buy up multiple valuable Ferraris in one go?
That’s what auction house Gooding & Company is hoping one wealthy individual will do when it puts the Ferrari collection of Tony Shooshani up for sale at its Scottsdale auction next month.
Shooshani, a noted Ferrari customer and collector, will sell off his F40, F50, Enzo, 512 BBi, 328 GTS, Dino 206 GT and 250 GT Series II at the auction. If all the cars sell for their maximum estimated values, the group will be worth a shocking $13.5 million U.S.
Those cars don’t represent the entirety of Shooshani’s collection. He also owns a 599 XX, a one of six Ferrari Sergio, a tailor made LaFerrari and a 288 GTO – which he describes as his favorite Ferrari of all time. It’s sad to know those cars will be separated from their Ferrari brethren following the auction, but hopefully they’ll find a new owner that will thoroughly enjoy them like Shooshani did.
