Ferrari North America is recalling certain 2016 model year California T vehicles over an issue with the fuel line that may increase the risk of a fire.
The problem: affected vehicles have a low pressure fuel line that may not connect properly to the fuel pump feed pipe.
The hazard: the improper low pressure fuel line connection can result in a fuel leak in the engine compartment which may increase the risk of a fire.
Affected vehicles: 2016 Ferrari California T manufactured between September 8th, 2015, to November 11th, 2015.
Number of vehicles affected: 185 (United States figure).
The fix: Ferrari North America has notified owners, and dealers will replace the low pressure fuel line assembly, free of charge. The recall began on December 14th, 2015.
