With it’s tight, winding roads and high fuel prices, the UK is far from the prime market for the big 8.4-liter Dodge Viper. But despite its perceived impracticality, the Viper still manages to find a few homes in the British Aisles, like this rare 1 of 9 Dodge Viper Street Serpent, for example.
The Viper Street Serpent, which is for sale in the UK through Car and Classic, has been extensively modified. Apart from the very obvious wide body kit, the car also features three-piece HRE wheels, a full Belanger exhaust system, a K&N intake, an ECU flash and stainless steel accents.
Like all 2005 Vipers, the Street Serpent features an 8.3-liter V10 engine linked up to a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission. Unlike most Vipers, though, this car comes with a removable hardtop, giving the car the desirable look of a hardtop coupe with the open air appeal of a convertible.
As it sits, the owner of this Viper wants £79,950 for the car. We think they might have a hard time getting rid of it in the UK, but perhaps an FC Authority reader from across the pond will scoop it up?
