Five new Fiat Chrysler vehicles have been named the ‘most loved’ in their respective segments by consumer analyst agency Strategic Vision, the automaker has announced.
The Jeep Renegade is the most loved vehicle in the Entry SUV segment, while the most loved Small Cars were the Fiat 500 and Fiat 500e. Larger Fiat Chrysler vehicles also performed well in the rankings, with the Dodge Durango being the most loved Full-Size SUV and the Charger being named the most loved Full-Size Car.
“FCA continues to establish a strong foundation of vehicle finish, pride and excitement among owners of FIAT, Jeep and Dodge,” said senior vice president of Strategic Vision Christopher Chaney. “All of this, combined with increasing trust from the overall ownership experience, is causing buyers to absolutely love the choice they made, and love always leads to loyalty.”
According to Strategic Vision, brand loyalty is not about customer satisfaction but about those buyers who true “love” their car buying and ownership experience. They base their rankings on their own “Customer Love Index,” which is able to reveal which vehicles are doing the best at “creating love,” and why they are more successful at it than their competition. More than 44,000 vehicle owners are interviewed in their findings.
